**Verdict:** Choose a pillow by comparing its shape, dimensions and care requirements with what you already like using. If you want a butterfly-shaped memory foam design, Derila Ergo is one option to explore. Its user guide lists a removable washable cover and dimensions of 54 x 36 x 12 cm.

## Compare shape, dimensions and care

Start with how your current pillow feels on your own mattress. Its length and width tell you about bedding fit; its height before use does not tell you how far your head will sink into it.

| Construction to compare | Useful question before buying |
|---|---|
| Fixed contoured foam | Do the center and raised sides suit the positions you actually use? |
| Adjustable fill or removable layers | Does the exact model let you change the height, and how? |
| A conventional rectangular pillow | Do you prefer a uniform outline that you can reposition or reshape? |

Derila Ergo is the single product offer on this page. The [official user guide](https://derila-ergo.com/user-guide?l=en) lists 54 x 36 x 12 cm and a removable zippered cover. It does not document removable fill or adjustable height in this base pillow. A shaped outline alone is not evidence that it will suit every sleeper.

Compare your pillowcase dimensions and read each component's care label. The guide permits warm machine washing for the cover; that permission does not extend to the foam insert.

## Choose the quantity you need

Derila Ergo is available as one pillow or in packs of two or four. Choose one if that covers your needs, or compare the bundles when buying several. Our [Derila Ergo price guide](/en-us/prices/pillow-prices/) explains the available packs and ordering details.
